Warranty and limitation of liability:
Enertron Technologies Private Limited warrants all Products to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for a term of 6 months from the date of delivery of the Products. The Customer shall promptly notify Enertron if it deems any of the Products to be noncompliant with this standard warranty and return the affected to our company, at Customer's expense. If Enertron determines, after testing, that the Product has failed during the warranty period because of a defect in workmanship and material, our sole responsibility under this standard warranty shall be either to repair or replace, at our option. Enertron will in no event be liable to anyone for lost profit, special, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, whether based upon negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability or otherwise, nor for any sum in excess of the price received for the products for which liability is claimed.
This warranty is void if the product is dismantled, modified, altered, or damaged from improper maintenance, side-loading, excessive temperature, abrasive or chemical action, or other abuse.
Normal wear and tear, maintenance, seal kits and freight are not covered by this warranty. Any description of the products is for the sole purpose of identifying such products and shall not create an express warranty that the goods shall conform to such description. Buyer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of products sold hereunder for use by buyer.
All Enertron products are precision-made piece of equipments and should be handled accordingly. Improper use could result in premature leakage or failure. While Enertron products are of the highest quality and precision, they are "wear and tear" items. It is important that they are periodically inspected and, as seals wear out, the product must be replaced or repaired to avoid the consequence of leakage.
Enertron products should never be used for applications other than specified in the catalog. For applications other than stated in the catalog, Enertron's Engineering Department should be contacted for recommendations.
The instructions provided by Enertron are general guidelines. They do not contain exhaustive information about the installation, use or maintenance of rotary unions, swivel joints or hydraulic cylinders. Purchasers and users of Enertron products should be certain that they have reviewed our given specifications and have sufficient experience and training before attempting installation or use of Enertron products. The principal responsibility for the safe and effective use of Enertron products rests with the user and its employees. Enertron will provide, upon request, whatever assistance it can to advise users about the use of its products and about any difficulties or problems which are brought to its attention.
